Visa Debit Fraud Alert
Some American Southwest Credit Union Visa Debit card holders are experiencing an increase in fraudulent out-of-state charges at various merchants. Based on a particular transaction’s limitations, cardholders may receive a courtesy phone call from the Fraud Department at Visa Inc. to verify any suspicious transactions. ASCU would like to remind our valued members to update their current phone number, frequently check their accounts for any suspicious activity and report it immediately to any of our seven branches. Any Member Service Representative would be happy to assist you in reporting the activity and recovering the funds.
