Healthy Banana Cookies

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
cup vegetable oil or applesauce
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins/nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in the oats, raisins and/or nuts, oil or applesauce, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for about 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
These cookies are nutritious, as well as delicious. Enjoy!
