Tangier Corn Pudding

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream-style corn
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients thoroughly.
Add milk and corn; mix again.
Pour into a 2” to 3”-deep 9" x 11" casserole dish;
pour melted butter on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
